Most companies already live in Google Workspace. Emails land in Gmail. Data sits in Sheets. Files pile up in Drive. Forms collect responses. The problem isn't where the data is — it's that nothing connects it to intelligent action. AACFlow solves that with a full suite of Google Workspace connectors, all wired to AI agents out of the box.
AACFlow provides native Google Workspace connectors — Google Drive, Sheets, Gmail, Docs, Slides, Forms, and Calendar — all connected via a single OAuth 2.0 authorization. With 304+ integrations total, AACFlow lets you build end-to-end AI workflows that read spreadsheet data, process Drive files, send Gmail notifications, and extract Google Forms responses without writing a line of integration code.
What Google Workspace Connectors Does AACFlow Support?
AACFlow treats Google Workspace not as a monolith but as seven distinct services, each with dedicated operations:
Google Sheets — Read Rows, Write Rows, Append Row, Update Cell, Create Spreadsheet, Find Row by value, Clear Range. Sheets is often used as a lightweight workflow database to store execution results and track run history.
Gmail — the Gmail trigger polls for new emails matching a filter (sender, subject, label) and fires the workflow when a match arrives. You can also send emails, reply to threads, label messages, and move messages between folders.
Google Drive — Upload File, Download File, List Files, Search Files, Create Folder, Move File. The visual workflow canvas includes a file-selector subBlock that renders a picker UI when you connect your Drive account.
