Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AACFlow platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Definitions
"Account" means a user account registered with the Service. "Workspace" means a collaborative environment within the Service. "Content" means any data, text, files, or other material submitted to the Service by you or on your behalf. "Subscription" means a paid plan entitling you to specified use of the Service.
Scope of the Service
The Service provides tools for designing, running, and monitoring automated workflows and AI agents. The specific features available to you depend on your Subscription tier. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time, subject to applicable law and your Subscription terms.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information when registering an Account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Subscriptions, fees, and refunds
Paid Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply.
We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or probe the security of the Service; (c) transmit malware or harmful content; (d) use the Service to generate or distribute abusive, illegal, or infringing material; (e) exceed documented rate limits or quotas.
We may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate this section.
Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Your content
You retain all rights in Content you submit to the Service. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your Content and for obtaining any necessary rights to submit it.
Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as LLM providers, storage providers, and SaaS APIs. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Termination
You may terminate your Account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your Account for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud or abuse. On termination, your access ceases and we may delete your Content after a retention period described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
