Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use, and how you can manage them. For a broader explanation of our data practices see the Privacy Policy.

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, improve the user experience, and provide analytics. Similar technologies include localStorage, session storage, and web beacons.

Categories we use

We group cookies into three categories: strictly necessary, analytics, and marketing. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and are only enabled with your consent.

First-party cookies

First-party cookies are set directly by AACFlow. We use them for authentication, session management, language preferences, and protection against abuse.

Third-party cookies

With your consent, we may allow third-party services such as analytics providers, error-tracking tools, and advertising networks to set cookies on our site. These providers are listed in our subprocessor register.

Managing your preferences

You can change your choice at any time via the cookie banner or the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Your browser may also allow you to block or delete cookies; note that some features may stop working if you do.

Do Not Track

Because there is no common standard for Do Not Track signals, we do not currently respond to them. Your in-product preferences remain the authoritative source of consent.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email, and your consent will be re-requested where required by law.
