What counts as a credit?

Credits are consumed by workflow executions. Every execution has a small base charge (1 credit), and additional credits are used based on the AI models and tools your workflow calls. For example, a simple GPT-4o-mini call uses fewer credits than a complex multi-step workflow with Claude Opus. Credits convert at 200 credits per $1.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately and you are billed the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also switch between Standard and Max tiers within the same plan.

What happens when my credits run out?

On the free plan, workflow executions are paused until credits refresh. On paid plans, you can enable on-demand billing which allows workflows to continue running beyond your included credits. On-demand usage is billed at the same rate as your plan credits.

Do unused credits roll over?

Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. However, paid plans include a daily credit refresh that adds a small amount of credits each day, so your available balance naturally replenishes throughout the month.

What AI models are included?

The free plan includes access to efficient models like GPT-4o-mini, Claude Haiku, and Gemini Flash. Pro Standard unlocks advanced models including GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet, and Gemini Pro. Pro Max and above give access to all models including GPT-o1, Claude Opus, and any newly added models.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes. When you upgrade to Pro or Team, you get a trial period to explore all features. Your card is only charged after the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

Team plans are priced per seat. Each seat gets its own credit allocation. For example, a Team Standard plan with 5 seats costs $125/month and includes 30,000 credits total (6,000 per seat). Team plans include collaboration features like SSO, audit logs, and shared credentials.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.
