Refunds, Right of Withdrawal & Prepaid Credits
Last updated: October 14, 2026
How cancellation, refunds and withdrawal work at AACFlow, including the rules for prepaid wallet credits.
The service is operated by Chibilyaev Alexandr, [[TO BE FILLED: street and number]], [[TO BE FILLED: postal code]] [[TO BE FILLED: city]], Germany (see Impressum). This page supplements the Terms of Service (and for Russian payers the Public Offer). The statutory withdrawal right in section 3 applies to consumers only.
1. Payment model at a glance
- Subscriptions (Pro, Max, Enterprise) are charged at the start of each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prepaid credits (wallet) are topped up in advance (currently USD 10 to 1,000 per top-up) and consumed by usage-based services such as AI inference.
- Payments are processed by Stripe or, for customers in Russia, by Bank Tochka or Robokassa.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can stop automatic renewal at any time in account settings or by e-mail to legal@aacflow.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; full access continues until then. Paid periods are not refunded pro rata unless section 3 or mandatory law requires it.
3. Right of withdrawal for consumers (EU/EEA)
Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise it you must inform us (Chibilyaev Alexandr, [[TO BE FILLED: street and number]], [[TO BE FILLED: postal code]] [[TO BE FILLED: city]], Germany, e-mail legal@aacflow.io) of your decision by a clear statement (for example a letter or e-mail). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. It is sufficient to send the communication before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal. We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.
Digital services started immediately. If you expressly request that the service begins during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, the right lapses when the service is fully performed (Art. 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU; section 356(4) BGB). If you withdraw before full performance, you pay a proportionate amount for what has already been provided; for wallet credits this is the credit actually consumed.
Model withdrawal form: "To Chibilyaev Alexandr, [[TO BE FILLED: street and number]], [[TO BE FILLED: postal code]] [[TO BE FILLED: city]], Germany, legal@aacflow.io: I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the provision of the following service: ___ ; ordered on (*) ___ ; name of consumer(s): ___ ; address: ___ ; date: ___ . (*) Delete as appropriate."
4. Prepaid credits (wallet)
- A top-up is credited to the wallet once the payment provider confirms the payment.
- As currently implemented, purchased credits do not expire automatically. [[TO BE FILLED: Owner - confirm this is the intended rule; if an expiry is introduced, state it here and in the Terms.]]
- The weekly included allowance of paid plans ("Weekly Refresh") is not wallet credit: it applies per 7-day window and lapses if unused.
- Unused credits are refunded on request within 14 days of the top-up and on withdrawal under section 3; beyond that at our discretion or when the service is discontinued. Consumed credits are not refunded. [[TO BE FILLED: Owner - confirm the 14-day refund window]]
- If a top-up is refunded or charged back at the payment provider, the matching credits are automatically removed from the wallet. The balance never goes negative; any already-consumed part remains owed and may lead to a restriction until settled.
5. How to request a refund
E-mail legal@aacflow.io with the account e-mail, payment date and amount. Refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days of approval; your bank may need additional days to credit it.
6. Statutory rights
Statutory warranty rights (in particular sections 327 et seq. BGB for digital products) and other mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
