Email is still the backbone of business communication — and it is also the biggest source of manual, repetitive work. Triaging support tickets, extracting invoice data, sending personalised follow-ups: all of it can be automated. AACFlow gives you the triggers, tools, and AI blocks to turn your inbox into an autonomous processing pipeline.
AACFlow is an AI workflow platform that automates email processing using IMAP polling triggers, Gmail OAuth connectors, SMTP and SendGrid sending tools, and AI agents — enabling teams to build intelligent email pipelines without writing backend code.
What Email Triggers Does AACFlow Support?
AACFlow provides three first-class email triggers, each targeting a different part of the market:
Gmail trigger (OAuth poll) — connects via Google OAuth, monitors any Gmail label or inbox, and fires when a new message arrives matching your filter. No IMAP credentials required. The trigger delivers the full message object: sender, subject, body (plain and HTML), thread ID, and attachment metadata.
IMAP trigger (generic mail server poll) — works with any mail server that speaks IMAP: corporate Exchange, Yandex 360, Mail.ru Business, Fastmail, self-hosted Dovecot. You supply the host, port, credentials, and target folder. Optional filters let you narrow by sender domain, subject keyword, or unread status. AACFlow polls on a configurable interval and fires once per new matching email.
Outlook trigger (OAuth poll) — identical pattern to Gmail but for Microsoft 365 and personal Outlook accounts. Ideal for enterprises running Azure AD with corporate email.
