What is covered by the SLA?
The SLA covers API availability and workflow execution availability. Enterprise plans include a 99.9% SLA. Business plans include 99.5%. Credits are issued automatically for each hour of downtime.
How do I report an incident?
Use our status page at status.aacflow.com to check current incidents. Enterprise customers have a dedicated Slack channel and on-call phone number for critical issues.
How are maintenance windows handled?
Planned maintenance is announced at least 72 hours in advance via email and the status page. We schedule maintenance during low-traffic periods and aim for zero downtime using rolling deploys.
Can I restore data to a specific point in time?
Yes. AACFlow supports point-in-time recovery (PITR) for all workflow data, execution logs, and configurations. Recovery windows go back 30 days for Enterprise plans and 7 days for Pro plans.
