  Get all wallet accounts and their balances for a QIWI wallet. Returns a list of accounts in various currencies with their current balances.

• Get Limits

  Get the actual limits for a QIWI wallet. Returns current limits for various operations such as payments, transfers, and withdrawals for the specified wallet or phone number.

• Get Exchange Rates

  Get current currency exchange rates from QIWI. Returns cross-rates between supported currencies including RUB, USD, EUR, and others.

• Create Payment

  Create a new invoice or payment link via QIWI API. Returns a payment URL and ID for the created transaction. Supports RUB, USD, and EUR currencies.

  Get detailed information about a specific QIWI wallet transaction. Returns full transaction details including amount, currency, status, date, and counterparty information.

• Get Receipt

  Get a receipt file for a QIWI wallet transaction. Returns the receipt in PDF or JPEG format as a file. The receipt contains payment confirmation details.

• Get Commission

  Get the commission for a payment to a specific provider. Returns the commission amount and total amount for the transaction to the specified provider.

• Card Transfer

  Transfer funds from your QIWI wallet to a bank card. Supports Visa (provider 1963), MasterCard (provider 21013), and MIR (provider 31652) cards.

• Wallet Transfer

  Transfer funds from your QIWI wallet to another QIWI wallet. Supports sending funds with an optional comment. Uses the wallet-to-wallet transfer provider (provider ID 99).

• Get Active Webhook

  Get the active webhook configuration for a QIWI wallet. Returns the currently registered webhook URL, transaction type filter, and status if one exists.

• Register Webhook

  Register a new webhook for QIWI payment notifications. The webhook will be called when transactions matching the specified type occur. Use txnsType
